College and / Or Professional Baseball Experience

Sr. Instructor

Provide individual andteam lessons, lead coaching clinics, lead camps and conduct professional style tryouts for the Sandy Plains travel teams. Will supervise and mentor Instructors / Assistants.In conjunction with other Sr. Instructors, develop and maintain a curriculum for clinics, camps and online content to enhance the Sandy Plains Baseball Academy brand.

Requirements

•College and / or professional baseball experience

•Prior experience as a baseball instructor is a must

•Candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate successful baseball training sessions that are geared toward the development of essential basic and advanced skills of baseball

•Must be reliable and punctual

•Effective communication skills with both children and adults

•Applicants must be able to always conduct themselves as a professional

•Willingness to adhere to strict drug, alcohol, and tobacco policy

•Must pass background check

Potential to be a paid coach for a Sandy Plains travel team.
