Information Sheet
1.To ensure you receive the tickets you require please submit your order to the office as soon as possible. Provision can be made for wheel chairs providing you advise us as soon as possible.
2.Tickets may be purchased:
- By mailing the completed order form to us. Please include a stamped self-addressed envelope if you are unable to collect tickets from the office.
- Over the phone with credit card payment. Note: A 2% fee applies to credit card and eftpos payments.
- By leaving an order form with payment at the office.
- Via the Internetto Account BSB 033077 Account number 256662.

3.To ensure tickets are returned to you as quickly as possible, please ensure all details on the form are filled out correctly and very importantly, check tickets are correct when received.
4.Include correct cash payment or credit card details.
...... Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to alter or exchange seats for any reason, please understand that there will be a $2 per ticket administration fee.
5.As seats are allocated it is not possible for any subsequent tickets to be seated with your original order.

9.As the production is being professionally filmed personal cameras and video recorders may not be brought into the venue and we request that all pagers and mobile phones be turned off before entry.
10. For the convenience and comfort of those already seated by the advertised starting time, late comers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the program.
DANCE PLUS PARTICIPANTS may watch a performance other than the one in which they are performing, for the special price of $15.00
