Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1.(1)Part 3 of Schedule 231 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

District of Timiskaming — Twps. of Harley and Hilliard, Village of Thornloe

1.That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 562 in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate at its intersection with the westerly limit of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Townships of Harley and Hilliard and a point situate 140 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as Yonge Street in the Village of Thornloe.

District of Timiskaming — Twp. of Kerns, Village of Thornloe

2.That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 562 in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate at its intersection with the northerly limit of the King’s Highway known as No. 65 in the Township of Kerns and a point situate 425 metres measured westerly from its intersection withthecentre line of the roadway known as Station Street in the Village of Thornloe.

(2)Part 4 of Schedule 231 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

District of Timiskaming — Village of Thornloe

1.That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 562 in the Village of Thornloe in the Territorial District of Timiskaming beginning at a point situate 30 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the Ontario Northland Railway right-of-way and extending westerly for a distance of 500 metres.

(3)Paragraph 1 of Part 6 of Schedule 231 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Timiskaming — Village of Thornloe

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 562 in the Village of Thornloe in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate 140 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as Yonge Street and a point situate 30 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the Ontario Northland Railway right-of-way.

Commencement

2.This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
