The Marshall County Conservation Board (owner), in cooperation with the Marshall County Chapter of Pheasants Forever, makes available for habitat planting needs a TRUAX GRASS DRILL and hereby rents this unit to:

USERS AGREEMENT
I assume full responsibility for the equipment noted above and agree to pay rent on this unit of $25.00 minimum or $10.00/acre, whichever is more, plus a $25 delivery fee when delivered by owner, payable to the Marshall County Conservation Board. I have received a copy of the equipment operation checklist. I agree to transport and operate the unit in a safe and prudent manner and to follow the directions for use as presented to me at checkout. Normal wear and use is anticipated by both parties. I agree to pay for all damages, materials and labor, to return the unit to service, should misuse or lack of proper care occur while it is in my possession. I have checked the equipment upon checkout and found the unit serviceable and in good condition. I will not sub-lease the unit to any other person. I will return the unit to such place and time as directed by the owner as quickly as possible after I have completed my area of seeding.
