SPECIAL EVENTS TO BRING SEASONAL CHEER FOR ALL THE FAMILY

Luxury prizes, timeless traditions, festive dining and a designer take on the SnowPage charitable initiative create unforgettable memories for guests at The Peninsula Chicago

The holidays are nothing short of spectacular at The Peninsula Chicago, with delicious cuisine, festive décor, joyful celebrations, a visit from Santa and Peter Bear and The Peninsula Sky Rink’s seasonal return – all providing the perfect backdrop for this festive season.

This year, the Trees of Hope fundraising initiative takes on a designer makeover. The Peninsula’s lovable holiday ambassador SnowPage returns for 2015 – but this time in an inventive new guise. Luxury toy brand Papinee has exclusively designed and created 10 limited edition Peninsula SnowPage plush toys representing each Peninsula destination around the world. Inspired by Chicago’s iconic architecture, The Peninsula Chicago’s SnowPage by Papinee features the jovial snowman with his signature Peninsula Page cap wearing a richly patterned and embroidered jacket with inspiring architectural designs.

Priced at US$ 75 each, the desirable SnowPage gift boxes include the chance to win surprise seasonal gifts. Hidden inside some of the boxes are “Golden Tickets” for memorable Peninsula experiences for all the family. Lucky guests have the chance to win the grand prize of a two-night stay in a Junior Suite for four including dinner, daily breakfast plus a bespoke Peninsula Academy activity or an additional prize of delectable dinner at The Lobby restaurant for four people.

The limited edition of 300 SnowPage toys by Papinee, plus the classic SnowPage custom crafted glass tree ornament, priced at US$ 75 each, will be available for purchase at The Peninsula Boutique, with a percentage of the proceeds donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Illinois.
