You need a subdivision certificate to have your plan of subdivision registered with Land and Property Information NSW. You can use this form to apply for a certificate. To complete the form, please place a cross in the boxes and fill out the appropriate sections. 8. Right of Appeal / Under S109K of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, where the principle certifying authority is a Council an applicant may appeal to the Land and Environmental Court against the refusal to issue a subdivision certificate within 12 months from the date of the decision.
