The types of trees we have available are:

*ALL TREES ARE PRICED AT $59.00 (TAX INCLUDED) REGARDLESS OF TYPE OR SIZE

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS

HAND SAWS ARE AVAILABLE IF YOU NEED TO BORROW ONE

Chain saws are not permitted

Please show your tree receipt when exiting the farm

Refreshments are available in the barn:

Hot Chocolate / Coffee/Tea
Cider (Hot/Cold) / Donuts

Please ask at the Christmas Shop if you have any questions or if you need any assistance.

Pets on a leash are welcome. Please clean up after them.

SUGGESTIONS:

1. CUT YOUR TREES AS CLOSE TO THE GROUND AS POSSIBLE. YOU CAN ALWAYS TRIM OFF ANY EXCESS STUMP LATER.

2. PUT YOUR TREE IN WATER AS SOON AS YOU GET IT HOME.

3. CUT AN ADDITIONAL ¼ INCH OFF THE STUMP BEFORE PUTTING THE TREE IN A STAND. ALWAYS KEEP THE CUT END OF THE TREE STUMP SUBMERGED IN WATER.

TREE INFORMATION

Douglas Fir

-The most popular Choose-n-Cut tree in NJ

-Outstanding needle retention and fragrance

-Soft needles about one inch in length

Canaan Fir(a Balsam variety)

-The variety we grow closely resembles a Frazer Fir

-Needle retention is excellent

-Branches are somewhat stiffer than Douglas Fir

-Excellent fragrance

Norway Spruce

-Rich dark green color

-Stiff branches to hold heavy ornaments

-Needles are prickly

-To maximize needle retention, Norway’s should be kept in a cool spot, and regularly watered. Don’t let it run out of water!

-Use of a tree preservative is recommended

Blue Spruce

-Indigo Blue to dark green in color

-Stiff branches hold heavy ornaments

-Needles are prickly

-Good needle retention

-The premier ornamental evergreen

Concolor Fir(also White Fir)

-Silver-blue foliage with flattened needles about two to three inches long.

-Branches are stiffer than Douglas Fir

-Excellent needle retention

-Unique fragrance
