IT IS DECLARED, that the State ofArkansasof the yeareighteen hundred and thirty six hereby exists within the following metes and bounds to wit:
State of Arkansas (State hood: June 15, 1836; 25th State)We do declare and establish, ratify and confirm, the following as the permanent boundaries of the State of Arkansas,that is to say: Beginning at the middle of the main channel of the Mississippi River, on the parallel of thirty-six
degrees of north latitude, running thence west with said parallel of latitude to the middle of the main channel of theSt. Francis River; thence up the main channel of said last-named river to the parallel of thirty-six degrees thirtyminutes of north latitude; thence west with the southern boundary line of the State of Missouri to the southwestcorner of said last-named State; thence to be bounded on the west to the north bank of Red River, as by act ofCongress and treaties existing January 1, 1837, defining the western limits of the Territory of State of Arkansas, andto be bounded across and south of Red River by the boundary line of the State of Texas as far as to the northwestcorner of the State of Louisiana; thence easterly with the northern boundary line of said last-named State to themiddle of the main channel of the Mississippi River; thence up the middle of the main channel of said last-namedriver, including an island in said river known as "Belle Point Island," and all other land originally surveyed andincluded as a part of the Territory or State of Arkansas, to the thirty-sixth degree of north latitude, the place ofbeginning.
IT IS FURTHER DECLARED, that the State ofArkansasshall exist within the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America as surveyed and established within the Articles of Confederation, as amended the fifth of August, two thousand and fifteen, and
IT IS FURTHER DECLARED, that the official mailing location of the State of Arkansasshall be Natural Area Code: 7BDLC NV04P,latitude and longitude 35.20099,-91.83178, and
IT IS FURTHER DECLARED, that the Constitution of the State of Arkansasof the year eighteen hundred and thirty six shall be the Constitution of the State of Arkansasand that all Nationals of the State of Arkansasalso known as American Nationals shall be bound thereof in accordance with the Law of Nations, and
IT IS FURTHER DECLARED, that the State of Arkansasshall be a perpetual member of the original Union of the year seventeen hundred and seventy four as amended the fifteenth of May,
two thousand and seventeen for the purpose that the State of Arkansasand the Nationals thereof shall not be land locked wherein the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America shall be a part of the National boundaries of the State ofArkansas, and
IT IS HEREBY DECLARED, on the 31st day of March in the year two thousand and eighteen, and
