Dear Parents

Thank You

As the end of the first term approaches, I would like to thank you all for your continued support since the beginning of September.

The school celebrated Mass at Saint Peter and Saint Paul’s Church and St Hugh’s Church on Sunday 7thOctober.

Infant Reception Class

The Reception class shared their first ‘official’ assembly with parents and friends. This formed part of a learning morning. Many thanks to all the teachers who prepared the children and the parents who found the time to spend time with the children. It was a special occasion.

Music and drama

The school choir has been asked to sing at the turning on of the Christmas lights on the 22nd November.

The choir have also been asked to accompany the production of Joseph at BishopGrossetesteUniversityCollege in March.

The Harvest Festival was a great success. Many parents came to support the morning and the generosity of parents was seen by the incredible amount of food donated to the community larder.

This week children from Mr Ballard’s class attended the annual Lafta’s – Lincoln’s answer to the Bafta’s.The actor Jim Broadbent gave out awards. Our school’s entry was placed in the top three for their Year group category. Well done.
