Executive PA/Administrator

Reporting to: TheBoard of Directors

Salary Range: Dependant on experience

Benefits: 20 days paid holiday (plus bank holidays & Christmas break), Healthcare.

The Role:

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors to provide a high level of secretarial and administrative support.

They will be responsible for administering a wide range of key functions and be able to demonstrate a methodical and organised working method. The candidate will possess good written and communication skills as this role involves considerable interaction with all other departments and external associates.

Key Tasks to include, but not limited to:

  • Organising of the Director’s duties –

Diary management,

Co-ordinating meetings,

Hotel/travel bookings

  • Provide support in the form of minute taking and dictation of appointments
  • Assist in the preparation and collation of written documents for circulation
  • Draft and type formal documentation
  • Create spreadsheets to record relevant information
  • Assist with administrative tasks in other departments when required
  • General Administration/Office duties
  • Acting as first point of call for external communication
  • Variety of suitable projects

Experience:

  • Over 2 years previous experience working as a PA at Director level
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
