BOOKINGS
· If you wish to make a booking please e-mail or phone us stating the dates and which cottage(s) you require. We will make a provisional booking which will be held for 10 days during which time we will require your completed booking form, 25% non refundable deposit of total holiday cost, and security cheque
· The refundable breakage/ damage/ cleaning security cheque of £150 will be refunded in full should there be no damage and the cottage is left clean & tidy
· Cheques should be made payable to MR A.W.JAMESON
· Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you, together with an invoice showing the outstanding balance of payment which is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If booked less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, the full amount should be enclosed
Cancellation Charges
All amendment requests and cancellations must benotifiedtousin writing/e-mail and the date this correspondence is receivedbyuswill be used to, where applicable, calculate any refundthat you may be due.

Depending on the reason for cancellation you may be able to reclaim these charges under the terms of your insurance policy.
· Upon receipt of the final payment , directions as to how to find us and any other information required will be sent to you
· We recommend you have adequate holiday insurance to cover the possibility of late holiday cancellation
