International Event Grant Conditions
1. The Data Lab will cover full cost of tickets for the event. The type of ticket will be selected at the discretion of The Data Lab.
2. Because of the cost of the tickets to attend, people who are successful in getting accepted onto the learning journey and then cancel will have to pay the cost of the ticket once invoiced by The Data Lab.
3. Companies traveling to this conference will be eligible for a 30% travel grant from SDI which will cover travel, accommodation and any further travel involved with the trip.
4. Participants (once accepted onto the trip) will need to register their company details with David Crossan , to ensure the travel grant is paid after the trip takes place.
5. Participantsare required to provide full invoices to David Crossan at SDI as proof of trip.
6. All travel documents and visas, including travel insurance, should be organised by the participant well in advance of trip.
7. Participants must attend meetings arranged by The Data Lab on Monday 25th of September.
8. Attendees must attend inward investment meetings arranged by Scottish Development International to speak to potential inward investors to Scotland.
9. Attendees must attend any networking events arranged.
10. We would expect attendees to arrive no later than Sunday 24th of September and leave no earlier than evening of Thursday 28th of September.
11. We have made provisional bookings for accommodation at Fitzpatrick Hotel Lexington Avenue, so we would encourage attendees to stay at the same hotel or close by because of meetings, networking etc.
12. Participants agree to provide testimonials and feedback after the trip for promotional purposes.
13. The information included in this form will remain Commercial – in - Confidence and will not be disclosed to parties outside The Data Lab and Scottish Enterprise/Highlands & Islands Enterprise and Scottish Development International.
