1. Pre-Bid pricing: The Pre-Bid is open to all buyers in MSIL E-Auction .
a) In pre-bid prospective bidders can participate after depositing EMD as per term of payment of EMD .
b) Bidders can give their highest rates in pre-bid before the auction.
c) Pre bid entry once updated cannot be changed afterwards.
2. Tender will be on 19th Sep 2014 for item slno. 14 to 25 .
3. Tender will be on 20th Sep 2014 for item slno. 1 to 13 & 26 to 43 .
4. Tender will be on 21th Sep 2014 for item slno. 44 to 69 ..
5. Tender Validity 1 Month ( 01-Oct-2014 to 31-Oct-2014 ) for item slno 1 to 28 .
6. Tender Validity 2 Months ( 01-Oct-2014 to 30-Nov-2014 ) for item slno 29 to 32 .
7. Tender Validity 3 Months ( 01-Oct-2014 to 31-Dec-2014 ) for item slno 33 to 40 .
8. Tender Validity 6 Months ( 01-Oct-2014 to 31-Mar-2015 ) for item slno 41 to 43 .
9. The sealed bid for this tender should reach Manager (MXES). By 10:30 hrs. On each respective dates . The Sealed bid will be opened at 10:30 Hrs on each respective dates mentioned above. The H1 price of sealed bid tender /Pre bid may be considered as start price of E-Auction. H1 price and bid will be declared after of close of E-Auction. It is to be noted that ‘H1’ in sealed bid/Pre Bid or ‘H1’ in E-Auction whoever is the highest will be awarded after management approval in the tender.
10. The type of scrap offered can be inspected between 9.30 hrs. to 17:00 hrs. on any working day up to 18-Sep-2014 at MSILG, MSILM and MSIL (MPT). The materials have to be lifted from Scrap Shop and or any other place/s within the factory of MSILG/MSILM/MSILMPT.
