Exhibit A- STATEMENT OF WORK

1.  CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1  Contractor will provide fifty (50) days of training to the Court. Training days shall be scheduled by the Court and will consist of courses selected by the Court.

1.2  Contractor will provide to the Court its full portfolio of training courses and services, including but not limited to:

(a)  Microsoft Technical and Applications Training

(b)  Cisco Technical Training

(c)  Citrix Technical Training

(d)  Cloud Technologies Training

(e)  CompTIA Technical Training

(f)  Cybersecurity Technical Training

(g)  VMware Technical Training

(h)  ITIL Training

(i)  Project Management Training

(j)  Six Sigma Training

Upon request, Contractor will provide to the Court a complete, updated list of all courses available under this Agreement.

1.3  Training will include all courseware and/or books, a certified instructor, labs where applicable, authorized curriculum where applicable, and any other related student training materials needed for each course.

1.4  Contractor will offer several modalities of training designed to meet specific learning types, including but not limited to online, self-paced, instructor led classroom and on-site training at the Court’s facilities.

1.5  Contractor will permit Court Personnel to retake courses previously taken under this Agreement. Such retakes will be provided at no additional cost to the Court.

1.6  Contractor will provide an enrollment system with which the Court can schedule training courses for Court Personnel.

1.7  Contactor will provide a reporting system for the Court to track and monitor the progress of Court Personnel enrolled in training courses.

1.8  Contractor agrees to accept any Microsoft Software Assurance Training Vouchers (SATVs) that the Court might seek to redeem at Contractor’s facilities as full payment for courses in addition to the fifty (50) days of training stated herein.
