·  Designed and implemented new merchandising schematics for all beverage doors of 8 convenience stores, monitoring “sales to opportunities” for all beverage products resulting in a 20% increase in all cold drink sales for a six month period.

·  Negotiated and implemented a new grocery supplier for 50 convenience stores resulting in an additional $500K in net profit per year.

·  Directed company’s new interior and exterior image campaign, updating 300 company-owned and 1000+ franchise convenience stores, resulting in an 8% increase in merchandise sales and a 17% increase in gasoline sales per year.
