  1. Provide a brief description of the nominee’s current responsibilities. Include a one-page resume for the individual. ASME Membership is not required of the Nominee, however, if the individual is a member please note this.
  1. Completely describe the nominee’s outstanding contributions that bring innovative, authentic, practice-based, engineering design/build experiences to undergraduate students. Provide the details leading up to the body of work and show how the excellence in curriculum implementation, teaching, academic/industry collaboration, or exemplary service to ASME student design-related programs promise to advance ME or MET Education. Include any supporting documents as desired.
