SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
24th Annual SEIAS / AIA Iowa Golf Outing
1. Absentee sponsorship: $150
Sponsor “hosts” a hole, along with another randomly paired event sponsor, and is recognized through signage at a designated hole. Sponsor does not send a representative to attend the event.
2. Shared sponsorship: $300
Sponsor “hosts” a hole, along with another randomly paired event sponsor, and is recognized through signage at a designated hole. Sponsor sends one representative to either:
a) Play in the golf event within a foursome team (2 architects, 2 sponsors*), or
b) A representative may be present at their designated hole to network with architects and other event participants.
3. Sole sponsorship: $500
Sponsor “hosts” a hole, and is exclusively recognized through signage at a designated hole. Sponsor sends one representative to either:
a) Play in the golf event within a foursome team (3 architects, 1 sponsor*), or
b) A representative may be present at their designated hole to network with architects and other event participants.
4. Lunch sponsorship: $750
Sponsor “hosts” the starting lunch cookout and is recognized through signage at the course pavilion, where the event begins and finishes. The sponsor is additionally recognized through signage at a designated hole, along with the other lunch/dinner sponsor. Sponsor sends one representative to either:
a) Play in the golf event within a foursome team (2 architects, 2 sponsors*), or
b) A representative may be present at their designated hole to network with architects and other event participants.
Sponsorships Opportunities 2, 3, & 4 include the following for one representative:
· lunch
· greens fee
· cart rental
· two drink tickets for use on the course
· dinner cookout
· prize and award eligibility
Note: Additional non-golfing representatives may be present at a sponsor’s designated hole for an added contribution of $35 per representative. This representative may attend the lunch and dinner, but is not eligible for prizes.
Additional golfing representatives may attend for an added contribution of $150.
Representatives may sponsor an Architect’s registration to the event for $55 apiece.
Sponsors and representatives are welcome to donate prizes and giveaways for distribution throughout the event. Items can be handed out throughout the day, and/or reserved for “flag events” or a prize drawing at the end of the day. Recommended handouts and prizes may include: water, drink tickets, hats, golf balls, chairs, light fixtures, gift certificates, etc. Please supply a business card or company designation for each time you are sponsoring.
*Regarding Team Organization: SEIAS does not guarantee specific team arrangements and architect to sponsor ratios. We will try our best to arrange teams accordingly, depending on overall event turnout and teammate requests.
