Re:3rdQuarter NMAPC Labor-Management Committee Meeting, NMAPC Joint Labor-Management/Owner Advisory Committee Meeting and NMAPC Board of Directors Meeting – August 22-25, 2005

This will serve to notify all Committee members of the third quarterly meeting for 2005 of the National Maintenance Agreements Labor-Management Policy Committee, Inc. This meeting will be held at the Kingsmill Resort, 1010 Kingsmill Road, Williamsburg, Virginia. The NMAPC Labor-Management Committee will meet on Tuesday, August 23, 2005 from 8:00 A.M. – early afternoon. A joint meeting of the NMAPC Labor-Management Committee and NMAPC Owner Advisory Committee will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2005 from 8:00 A.M. – early afternoon. In addition, the NMAPC Board of Directors will meet onThursday, August 25, 2005 from 8:00 A.M. – early afternoon.

Separate meetings are scheduled for the Labor Committee and the Management Committee on Monday afternoon, August 22, 2005 from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.

A reception will be held on Monday evening, August 22, 2005 for all attendees from 6:30 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. On Tuesday evening, August 23, 2005 a dinner is scheduled from 6:30 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and on Wednesday, August 24, 2005 there will be a cookout beginning at 6:30 P.M., weather permitting.

The cut-off date for all sleeping room request is Wednesday, July 20, 2005.

An ELECTRONIC COPY of the NMAPC Labor-Management Committee MEETING PACKET will be emailed to all committee representatives before the 2005 August meeting. This will be the only meeting packet you will receive, unless you notify our office and request a printed copy, please bring it to the meeting for easy reference.
