We are interested to take up a stall at the 11th India Innovation summit to display our innovative products / services. (Please tick the box)
Stall rates for 3x2 sqm size:
CII Members : Rs. 20,000 (Plus service tax @ 14%)
Non-Members: Rs. 25,000 (Plus service tax @ 14%)
(Limited stalls only available)
Participation Guidelines
· Each 3x2 sqm stall space will include: one table, two chairs, one dustbin, three spot lights and one 15amp power socket and fascia with company name.
· Booth will be allotted on first come, first served and first paid basis
· Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and decorating their own booths. Booths will be handed over to the exhibitors at 0700 hrs on 6th August 2015 and should be set-up before 0830 hrs on 6th August 2015, (before the Summit registration begins at 0830 hrs.)
· Displays / standees, etc., must use only the space provided within the stall
· Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused to the stall structures and equipments and any damage to the Hotel floors and materials.
· As an exhibitor, 1 complimentary delegate pass will be provided to attend the Summit. Additional nominations will be on chargeable basis.
· Max two people can man the Stall.
· Any internet connections/Wi-fi connections, etc, availing from the Hotel will be on direct paid basis by the Exhibitor.
· CII will not bear the charges like: Travel and transportation costs and accommodation charges, etc
