Bid Ref. number: HSRC/08/2016/17

1. Introduction:

The Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) requests reputable, technically competent and experienced Service Providers to bid for the implementation and maintenance of the comprehensive Unified Email Management Solution (Security, Archiving, and Continuity).

Proposed solutions should be totally scalable and be able to cater for the dispersed HSRC staff complement of approximately 700 users. The service provider shall also be required to provide a once-off e-mail ingestion service, of an estimated 5 terabytes of historical e-mails.
