Business Workshops - Growing out of Recession:

Further to the successful business workshop ‘Thrive not just Survive’ held on 27 March 2012, many attendees requested for in-depth business workshops to be delivered for 2013. To give the in-depth focus and to address your business issues properly, attendee numbers will be limited (12 people), to allow effective small group work and personal attention from Robin. Do book early to avoid disappointment.

3 half day workshops

The series of 3 interactive workshops aim to support you to grow their business out of the recession, addressing the key issues businesses face today. The topics for the workshops are:

Vision and Strategy

•  Understand where the business is in the business cycle

•  Develop a business Vision with commercial and cultural Values

•  Define a clear business strategy and a succession strategy now

Creating Revenue

•  Clear understanding of Why and What clients are buying

•  Position/Reposition of the business in the right market place

•  Prepare a strategy for generating Sales and Referrals and Distributions

Functional Business

•  Understand the context of self responsibility

•  Define Roles and Responsibility in a functional business

•  A structure for owners to grow, exit and succeed

Cost & Registration

£40 per workshop, or £100 for 3 workshops for EAA/RIAS/RIBA member

£50 per workshop, or £130 for 3 workshops for non-member

Presenter

Dr Robin Th’ng, Director of Shirlaws Scotland, coaches a wide range of clients in the professional and property sector throughout Scotland. Robin trained as an Architect was managing partner of Holmes Partnership for 17 years and a retired Fellow of RIAS.
