  1. Burbank International Film Festival

Jeff Rector from the Burbank International Film Festival will present sponsorship opportunities to the Board.

  1. Burbank Community YMCA Turkey Trot

Staff from the YMCA will present a wrap-up of the 2015 TurkeyTrot and 2016 Sponsorship opportunities to the Board.

  1. 2016 Budget Detail Discussion ACTION ITEM

Staff will present an updated budget, a Capital Improvements/Maintenance budget, and aMarketing/Promotions budget to the Board for review and approval.

  1. 2016 Sponsorship Budget Approval ACTION ITEM

All 2016 sponsorship opportunities will be reviewed by the Board.

  1. On-going Operational Issues ACTION ITEM

Staff will ask the Board to consider transferring funds from the holding account to cover monthly expenses.

  1. New Items

Board Members and Staff may introduce new items for discussion, but no action may take place at this time, except to place the item on a future agenda.

The PBID Board is comprised of eleven members originally appointed by the City Council. Regular meetings are held monthly the first Thursday of the month unless that is a City holiday. In that case, the Board will meet the second or third Thursday. The PBID Board’s primary function is to conduct business for the revitalization, improvement and activities for Downtown Burbank.
