Employment Terms & Conditions of Hong Kong Office

Employer: Fiducia Limited

GENERAL TERMS
Working Hours / Monday - Friday : 09:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Lunch : 12:45 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.
Probation / 3 months
Salary Payment Date / 28th of each month.
Bank for Salary / Any Bank
  • HSBC / HSB: receive salary on the same day
  • Other banks: may have 1 day delay

MPF Contributions / 5% of salary after 60 employment days
(maximum: HK$1,250)
Salary Review / December (Discretionary)
SMART Goals Review / January / July
Notice Period During Probation / a) 1st month: no notice period
b) 2nd-3rd month: 14 days
Notice Period After Probation / 60 days
Annual Leave / 12 working days
Birthday Leave / The employee can take one day leave on his / her birthday.

Training & Professional Development / The company will pay for job-related courses up to a maximum of HK$4,000 a year. The employee must refund these fees if he/she leaves the company within a year from having completed the course.
Work Late / On Weekends /
Public Holidays / Work later than 9:00 p.m. in weekdays or more than 4 hours on weekends / public holiday, employees can claim $150/day for taxi fare / cost of dinner / lunch.
Staff Club / All employees are welcome to join the activities held by Staff Club.
Travel / Travelling to China may be required
(Travel allowance of RMB200 for China, HK$200 for HK and Asian Countries, and Euro40 for Europe.)

Step 3: Add your personal details in FiduciaNet’s Employee List
You need to visit the website below and login using your PC username and password.

Alternatively, you can add/edit your contact details from FiduciaNet. Go to FiduciaNet Homepage > Fiducia Family > Employee Contact List > Add/Edit your details (the button is at the top right corner).

Step 4: Send a Self introduction Email

Draft your self introduction email by using the following standard template to AC Department first. After approval, you can then send to

Step 5: Changing Voice Mail Greeting

1. Please record your appropriate voice mailby pressing buttons on your telephone: "Menu" > "Message" > Press your pin code (Default as ‘0000’ for all telephones) > press "9" > press "1".

Standard voice mail greeting should be:

Hello, this is <name> of Fiducia Management Consultants. I'm currently unavailable. Please leave your message and telephone number and I will contact you as soon as possible. Thank you.

2. Regarding the IDD call to other locations, you can use either ‘0080’ or ‘0030’.
