a “Kick-Out S.S.”Manx body kit upon the following terms and conditions: Receipt of a 50% down payment either in the form of cash, check or credit card (3% additional for payment by credit card) will start the order,the remaining balance to be paid upon pick-up or just prior to *delivery. Buyer acknowledges that Meyers Manx is not responsible for sub-contractor delays and buyer grants permission to Meyers Manx to make partial shipment in the event that such delays occur. This kit sells for $ 5,700.00without options and includes the following parts:

In the event that a buyer requests a special order, full amount of the additional cost is payable and due upon ordering. Once ordered, said amount is not refundable.

Final payment is due when shipment is ready for delivery and will be paid either in the form of cashiers check, cash or credit card (3% additional charge for credit card). If Meyers Manx is not able to perform its delivery obligation within reason, the down payment will be refunded to the buyer.

In the event of a dispute, the prevailing party shall recover its attorney’s fees, court costs and all other reasonable expenses associated with collection efforts. California law applies to this contract and any suit shall be brought to the county of San DiegoCalifornia.

Delivery will intend the time that the kit is ready for shipment or pick-up and will be approximated according to the date the order was received.

If you are shipping your kit home, there will be a $100 pallet[1] charge for placing your kit on a sheet of waferboard and fastening all parts down to the board within the body. The hardtop will be the only loose piece and it will be wrapped in bubble wrap. Your shipper must have the ability (i.e. crane) to load the kit.

If you are picking up your kit the pallet will not necessarily be helpful, as we do not have a fork-lift. Be sure to bring plenty of tie-downs and rags/towels to protect the finished gel-coat. We will help you load the body but will not be responsible for tying it down.

PRP’s Roadster seat is the only PRPseat compatible for the Meyers Manx Kick-Out S.S. The Roadster is only 19” wide, but has low sides, which makes the seat easier to slide in and out of. The only comfortable, true suspension seat that will fit where your old fiberglass or poly seats once were. Custom made with specifications from Bruce Meyers for the Kick-Out S.S.
