letters of our clients, held management responsibility for 4 employees,
managed new client cases, payroll, advertising, general office scheduling, and
relations between customers and employees.
Key Accomplishments:
* Built the Dating Agency from ground zero and for some months
turned it into a well known, highly competitive Dating Agency having
a good reputation among its customers. When I left this position, the
agency closed within a month
* Our Agency made 30 % of the gross profit of the Youth Union of
Mari El Republic.
* Managed a successful advertising campaign of Katyusha Agency in
mass media and on the Internet.
