CVJCF Uniform Policy

The following Uniform policy was adopted in 2009. The information below outlines the CVJCF Uniform Policy. This policy was created to ensure that all CVJCF uniforms are returned at the end of the year. This Uniform policy will be strictly enforced.

1. I understand that Chartiers Valley Junior Colts Football (CVJCF) will provide my child with a football game uniform for the 2015 season consisting of a numbered jersey & pants. I understand that my child will not be permitted to play in any game without the uniform provided by CVJCF. I understand that I do not own this uniform and it is the property of CVJCF, that I am financially responsible for this uniform, that I am responsible to keep the uniform clean and return it cleaned, and that I am to report immediately any damages to the uniform beyond normal wear to the head coach. I further understand that I must return this uniform at the completion of the 2015 season.

1. The CVJCF no longer require a $50 deposit.

1. I understand the uniform should be returned cleaned and undamaged to the CVJCF no later than the start of the 2015 end of year banquet (entrance to the banquet).

1. I understand that if I do not return the uniform to the CVJCF by the start of the 2015 end of season banquet (When I enter the banquet) my child will not be permitted to attend the 2015 end of season banquet nor will they receive end of season gifts.

1. I understand that CVJCF is under no obligation to remind me to return the uniform after the 2015 end of season banquet and if I forget or refuse to return the uniform to CVJCF, I will be charged $75.00 for the jersey, $55.00 for the pants and a $25.00 administrative fee to replace the uniform. The fees will also apply if any portion of the uniform is lost. I agree to pay these fee’s immediately upon receipt of invoice for the uniform as listed above.

1. I understand that if for any reason my child cannot or does not finish the season I will return the uniform under the same criteria listed above with the exception that the uniform must be returned within 5 days after my child’s termination or resignation from CVJCF.

1. I understand that CVJCF does not accept jersey number requests. CVJCF has a limited number of jerseys which are given out based on size and availability, not jersey number. CVJCF cannot guarantee your child will have the same jersey number each season.
