Compliance with these recommendations allows you to maximize safe using of e-banking system Nordea online (hereinafter referred to as the “System”).
1. If possible, use the System only from your personal computer. If you log in with someone else's computer, do not save your personal data or other information on it. After necessary operations being done, make sure that your personal data is not saved on another computer.
Remember that the risk of System illegal use increases after logging in from guest computers, such as Internet cafes, hotels, etc.

2. Use the Licensed Software on the computer you are working in the System, upgrade the software, especially information security programs, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations;

3. Be sure to install and maintain updated anti-virus software on the computer you work in the System.

4. Follow the recommended settings for Internet browsers, stipulated in the System user’s guide.

5. Keep the username, password, and scratch card for the System use in a place inaccessible for third parties. It is recommended to have separate storage for login, password and scratch cards.

6. Never pass username, password, or scratch card to unauthorized persons, including relatives, friends or employees of the credit institution.

7. Regularly, at least 1 time per month, change the password to access the System.

8. If you lose login, password and / or scratch cards, as well as after revealing the fact of this information disclosure to any third party, contact immediately OJSC Nordea Bank to block the login and / or scratch cards.

10. Be sure to make correct address at connection to the System, as similar addresses may be used by third parties for illegal use of your bank accounts.
