Local recruitment consultant and representative of IESC in Turkey1995-2004 I worked as the country representative for International Executive Services Corps- USA, a non-for profit consultancy organization funded by USAID. I was in charge of recruiting executive consultants’ registered at IESC skill bank, composed of 12,000 executives from all industries, who would meet the demands of Turkish customers in need of an expert opinion.

Supervised and managed the credit function in line with the bank’s objectives and principles; monitored credit risk; assisted the head office to shape the marketing and risk strategy in Turkey including early warning systems; recruited, directed, coordinated credit officers, reported both to the country manager and to the head office in Düsseldorf; prepared industry risk analysis.
