1. Before being able to bid please be in possession of a buyer’s card. This may be obtained at the registration office for a sum of R3000.00 either by way of cash or a Bank Guaranteed cheque made payable to Ian Wyles Auctioneers.

1. Assets are not sold subject to finance being approved, so please ensure that finance arrangements

are made and are in order prior to bidding. If your bid is successful and finance cannot be obtained

theR3 000.00 deposit will be forfeited without exception.

1. Assets are sold “voetstoets” – “ as you see them, so you buy them”.

1. All assets are sold excluding VAT. The auctioneer will announce non vatable units.

1. All rights of ownership in and to the assets sold shall vest in the Seller or The Auctioneers on behalf of the seller, until the Purchaser has affected payment in full.

1. Should any party claim possession of or to all or part of a lot prior to its removal from the Vendor’s premises, the Auctioneer reserves the right to rescind the sale thereof or to permit the removal thereof from the Vendor’s premises subject to such conditions as it may see fit to impose.

1. A 2% CASH DEPOSIT FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

1. Buyers Premium – 10%+VAT
