The Chairman, SLC instructed the Member Convenor, SLC Sub Committee to write to Commissioner, Commercial Tax department that the issue is pending due to non furnishing of genuineness report of Machinery bills of M/s. Amulya Enterprises by CTO, Nacharam and request for arranging the report at the earliest.
Further SLC desired that the report on two units M/s. Amulya Enterprises,Cherlapally, Ranga Reddy Dist. and M/s. AGI Glasspac, Sy. No. 271 to 276, Thukkapuram Road, Bhongiri (V&M), Nalgonda District be furnished without any further delay. / The SLC noted the status of the two cases submitted by Convener,SLC Sub Committee/Additional Director Inds. and decided as follows:
- Rejected the claim application filed by M/s. AGI Glaspac(Expansion Unit), Sy. No. 271 to 276, Thukkapuram Road, Bhongiri (V&M), Nalgonda District for assistanceunder IIDF Scheme,since the claim was filed with a delay of more than an year and inelgible as per paras 9.1. and 18.5 of the IIPP 2010-15 guidelines.
- Advised Asst Commissioner , Commercial Taxes (a rep. of CT dept. in SLC) to follow up with the CTO, Nacharam for submission of report ongenuineness Machinery bills in resepect of M/s. Amulya Enterprises,Cherlapally, Ranga Reddy Dist. at an early date.

The Verification / Scrutiny Committee of Investment Subsidy in its meetings held on 14-03-2017 has verified / Scrutinized (68) claim applications of Investment Subsidy, (09) claim applications of 100% Reimbursement of Stamp Duty, (05) claim application of 25% Land Cost, (01) claim application of 25% Land Conversion Charges, (195) claim applications of reimbursement of Pavala Vaddi, (51) claim applications of reimbursement of Sales Tax, and (180) claim applications of reimbursement of power cost as per the Guidelines under respective schemes and recommended for sanction of eligible Incentives / Concessions to the units.
