RULES

  1. All horses and ponies must be 4 years and over.
  2. Hats conforming to PAS 015 or BSEN1384 must be worn and fastened at all times when mounted.
  3. No entry fees will be refunded except on production of a medical or veterinary certificate before the start of the class.
  4. It is a condition of entry that the organisers are indemnified against damage or loss to spectators, competitors, etc that may arise out of, or during this event.
  5. The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone at the event. Everyone attending must also take responsible precautions to avoid accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and their officials.
  6. The judge’s decision is final. Objections must be made in writing within 15 minutes of the class ending, together with a deposit of £10 which, in the event of the objection being upheld, will be refunded.
  7. All children (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for them at all times.
  8. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owners, and the organisers will not be liable for any damage thereto, whatsoever or howsoever caused, including the negligence of the organisers.
  9. The organisers will not accept any liability for any injury, loss or damage to any competitor or his/her horse, whatsoever or howsoever caused, including the negligence of the organisers.
  10. All dogs must be kept on a lead under proper control at all times.
  11. Any person seen to mistreat their horse/pony or misuse of the whip/spurs or bad language will be asked to leave the showground.
  12. To be run under British Riding Club rules unless stated.
  13. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to the competition/showground.
  14. Horses must be walked in the showground except in the designated working in areas.
  15. Horseboxes are not to be mucked out in the parking area.

Cricklands qualifying information

Cricklands:To qualify score over 58% in Classes 2, 4, 5 & 6. For more information please see

Dress and Tack Code: Please note for this event CBRC are running a relaxed dress code. Tack is still to be BD Dressage Legal. Dress must be safe riding attire with appropriate riding footwear, jodhpurs, smart (pref collared top – polo shirt is ideal) and a riding hat. (See rule 2 above)

Pairs Dressage Test A

'Dressing' is the term used to access the ability for the pair to work 'together' when riding side by side and when riding apart.
Rider 1 starts the test to the left of rider 2.
