Consignor Agrees to the Following:

1.  All items must be clean (no stains, holes, etc.) and functioning (no missing

pieces and with working batteries included if applicable).

2.  L’il Angels reserves the right to reject any item, and may also remove an

item from the sale floor at any time.

3.  Consignor is responsible for tagging, pricing, and hanging their own items.

• If indicated on the tag, item will be discounted 50% off during the ½

price sale.

• If no price is indicated on the tag, then a price will be determined by

L’il Angels or the item will be removed from the sale floor.

• Items must be a minimum of $1

4.  Consignor accepts responsibility to pick-up any unsold merchandise Sunday, March 7th, from 2:00-3:00 PM (unless choosing to donate). I understand that any items not picked up during this time will become the property of L’il Angels and will be donated to a chosen local charity. A $10 fee will be applied if you planned to pick up unsold items and no show.

5.  L’il Angels will do everything possible to protect your interests. However, we are not responsible for fire, theft, damaged, or lost items.

6.  All sales are final and no returns, refunds, or credits will be given.

7.  Consignor or volunteer agrees to waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting

from participation in the sale, for whatever cause, against L’il Angels, St.Ephrem Catholic Church, any volunteer or participant in the sale.

8.  Consignor agrees to hold harmless and make no claim against L’il Angels , St. Ephrem Catholic

Church, or any volunteer or paid participants in the sale for any damage, theft, or loss of any items consigned to L’il Angels. Consignor assumes the risks of these events occurring by participating in the sale.

9. Consignor confirms and agrees that they will review The Consumer Product Safety Commission’s

(CPSC) website (http://www.cpsc.gov) within one week of the sale, to ensure that the items

consigned are NOT recalled or in anyway in violation of current CPSC guidance.

10. Consignor confirms they are not selling any of the following items (taken from the statement in

the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act): “children's products that will contain lead such

as children's jewelry, painted wooden or metal toys, flimsy made toys that are easily breakable

into small parts and dolls and stuffed toys that have buttons, eyes, noses or other small parts that

are not securely fastened and could present a choking hazard for young children." (For further

clarification on the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act which goes into effect February

10th 2009 please refer to http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml09/09086.html). The law indicates the reseller (Consignor) is responsible for this. L’il Angels provides the facility and is not the reseller since we don’t own your items.

11. Car seats must contain all parts and be clean with no stains.Must NOT have been involved in an

accident, NOT be any older than 5 years (after 5 years, straps are no longer guaranteed to hold up

in the event of an accident) or hasbeen recalled (call Dept. of Transportation at 800-424-9393 to

identify recalls).

12. The Consignor acknowledges that a $10.00 fee will be deducted for any items returned by a

customer for the reason of being on a recall list.

13. Consignor understands that proceeds will be 70% of selling prices.

14. All checks will be mailed within 7-10 days of the close of the sale. ALL

EARNINGS CHECKS MAILED TO THE CONSIGNOR MUST BE CASHED

WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE CHECK DATE OR THE CHECK WILL BE

CANCELLED AND THE FUNDS FORFIETED.

15. A non-refundable $7.00 registration fee was paid prior to registering for the sale and scheduling

a drop-off time (additional fees will be applied if Consignor exceeds the stated limit of items).
