Class Rules and Expectations

  1. Be on Time (Be in your seat and ready to begin class when the tardy bell rings)
  2. No Food, Drinks or Gum (This is a computer lab)
  3. Limit Unnecessary Talking
  4. Keep Your Hands to Yourself - If it belongs to Someone Else, Don’t touch it.
  5. Use the restroom and get water before or after class
  6. Zero Tolerance Issues: (No Warnings!)
  • Cheating of Any Type (Page A-16 of Student Handbook)
  • Computer Usage Violations (Page A-17 of Student Handbook)

Cheating

  • If you turn in work as your own, that someone else did, that is cheating and you will receive a zero.
  • If you allow someone to turn in your work, with their name on it, that is also cheating and you will receive a zero.
  • It is school policy that any student caught cheating will receive a zero on the assignment, be written up with an office referral and receive a telephone call home to parents.

Please note: I have been looking at drawings for over 20 years and can identify original work. Every semester I catch students sharing drawings when they thought there was no way I would know, but my super-ninja teacher skills always prevail. Please do not give in to temptation. Just do your work as assigned and encourage others to do so as well.
