1.Keys

Managers are responsible for having keys to sheds and Snack Stand. If you do not have a set of keys we will be distributing them at Clean Up Day.

2.Reporting Scores (Boys)

Winning coach must submit the score through the BAA website,

Enter the date, field, winning team, losing team scores and pitchers for both teams. There is also a note section if you need to explain or protest something within 24 hours of the game.

3.Calendar

The current practice schedule is set till games start on April 23rd. Once games start the practice calendar will be cleared. If you do want to schedule a practice first visit the CALENDAR tab to find open field time. Then you must contact Derick Weagraff ( or 412.216.0152) with your request. The schedule will be reviewed and then either granted or denied.

When rescheduling a game follow the same procedure but keep in mind that all games trump Rec practices.

4.League Websites

All schedules will be loaded this weekend. Please make a point to go onto the website to verify your schedule is correct. Any issues please contact CBSA Board.

5.Tractors

Please remove all keys from the tractors once it’s parked. Leaving the key in the ignition can lead to the battery running low. Also, if the gas tank is empty please have it refilled and bring your receipt to the snack stand for you to be reimbursed.

6.Code of Conduct

Please review and sign Coach Code of Conduct. Also, please pass out to all parents, the Parent Code of Conduct. It is the manager’s responsibility to have these signed and turned in to the Board by April 23rd.

7.Uniforms

Uniforms will be hopefully be completed by everyone’s first game. Derick will email the coaches when their uniforms arrive and they can schedule a time to pick them up from his house.

8.Sponsors

We are still accepting new sponsors at this time. We will be sending out company logos to the printers soon for the outfield signs to be made. $250 for outfield sponsor banner ($200 for previous year sponsors)

9.Fundcrazr

The tournament will be finished on April 3rd. After the scores are tabulated then we will reach out to the people who are designated to the winning tickets.

10.Snack Stand

The manager is responsible for opening, staffing and closing the Snack Stand when they are playing their games at Little Webb. ShawneyShazer will be the contact person for scheduling parent’s buyouts. Also, this year the payout for parents will be $20 vs. $25 Her contact Information is 412-370-3630 The cash box will be picked up and dropped off at Derick’s house, 47 Sunnyside Avenue

11.Game Balls

If you haven’t already reach out to Derick to get your practice balls, game balls and scorebooks. You will be responsible to issue two game balls for each of your home games.

12. Clearances

Please specify who is going to be helping with your practice/games, all volunteers will need clearances. The information to obtain clearances is on the website. All clearances must be collected by April 23rd in order to volunteer. Tony Giovanini will be the contact person for all clearances 412-559-9940

13. Umpires

The contact for all boys umpires will be Ken Santucci. His phone number is 412-327-4508

You must cancel your upcoming game one hour before game time to avoid being charged. If the umpire is on the field for one pitch then they will be paid full price. If the game is canceled before they arrive then we will be charged a travel fee.

$30 9-10yr olds $35 11-12yr olds $65 Pony (1 man) $80 Pony (2 man)

14. Rules

Please take time to go over the rules for your designated age level. The rules are on our website under Baseball and Softball tabs. If you have any questions about the rules email one of the CBSA board members for clarity prior to the season begins.
