NACCC Policy on use of the NACCC logo, the Accredited logo and the Enhanced Accredited logo /

NACCC is aiming to achieve an overall national identity for all NACCC member centres. This should help to reassure both referrers and users that all member centres are backed up by the national structure that NACCC provides. To assist in achieving this objective, it is intended that all member centres should incorporate the NACCC Accredited or the NACCC Enhanced Accredited logos in all headed paper, compliment slips, publicity materials, etc.

Can I use the NACCC logo on my website, stationery etc.?

/ It is recommended that centres do not now use this logo on their stationary, leaflets etc, but use the ‘Accredited’ or ‘Enhanced Accredited’ logo instead (see below). This logo can be used by Affiliate members, as long as the general guidelines are followed (see below).

Can my centre use the NACCC Accredited logo?

/ The NACCC Accredited logo is for use by NACCC Full or Full Commercial members only that have achieved Accreditation for supported contact.

Can my centre use the NACCC Enhanced Accredited logo?

/ The NACCC Enhanced Accredited logo is for use by NACCC Full or Full Commercial members only that have achieved Enhanced Accreditation for supervised contact (covering supported contact if this is offered as well).

How do I obtain the NACCC logos?

The NACCC logo, the NACCC Accredited and the NACCC Enhanced Accredited logos are supplied by email or on disk if necessary. Please email the NACCC office with your request, your member name and member number if possible (can be found on your membership certificate).

How can the NACCC logos be displayed?

It can either appear at the top left-hand corner or, if you have your own local logo in that position, in the margin at the bottom of the page. It must also appear on all literature such as leaflets, booklets, etc.
  • It should be made clear that the centre is a member of NACCC and the Centre’s membership number must be included (see example, left).
  • The logo is supplied in black and white. It must appear either black and white or the designated colour – Pantone 3282 – only.
  • No amendment can be made to the logo.
  • The size of the logo should be between 2cm x 1cm and 2.5cm x 1.4cm on leaflets, headed paper, etc.
  • A larger version of the logo may be used with a projector, or on displays.

NB: If NACCC’s office address is shown this must be within the bottom margin and in no larger than 9-point print. The NACCC charity registration number is for NACCC only and cannot be used by member centres.
