Humor in the Workplace

Humor in the workplace can build relationships, provide perspective and reduce stress. Coping with mental illness and substance abuse in the family.

When a loved one is suffering from a mental illness or is abusing substances the whole family suffers with them. It is very confusing to know what to do and where to go for help. In this workshop we will examine different types of mental illness and addictions and what steps can be taken to help this person get back to a place that is healthy.

Anger: A Primitive Emotion in a Civilized World

This training will help participants to identify main sources of holiday stress, ways to manager this stress and will end the training by developing their own plan for managing those stressors.
