We reserve the right to play matches earlier if tables are available and players are present.

Cash prizes will be awarded.

‘Open & Youth’ Tournament Conditions:Please retain for your information.

The tournament will be conducted under TTSA Inc., TTA and ITTF regulations

and the current Laws of Table Tennis.

2.All events will be best of five (5) games to 11 points (Advantage)

3.Singles Events will be conducted on a Knock-out basis.

4.EVENT CLASSIFICATION

Division 4Players below 1000 points on Ratings Central as of 20th April 2017

5.40mm 3-Star DHS White balls will be used in all events (no white shirts to be worn).

6. Players are required to umpire as requested.

7.A 2-minute warm-up period applies and play MUST commence after this time.

8.All competitors must be registered members of a registered Club or

Association affilliated with the TTSA Inc., or an Association affiliated with the ITTF.

9.Dress regulations of the TTSA. Inc. and the TTA. will be enforced.

No tracksuits or part thereof may be worn while playing.

10.Each match shall be controlled by an Umpire, whose decision shall be final in point of fact. The Referee's decision shall be final on point of Law.

11.Players absent when called upon to play at any time will render themselves

liable for disqualification.

12.The Tournament Committee Reserves the right to:

1)The cancellation of any event, due to insufficient entries

2)Refuse an entry

3)Decide eligibility of players for any event

4)Alter times of play if necessary

13.This tournament is conducted under the TTSA Member Protection and Code

of Conduct Regulations. Heat policy will also be considered.

It is a condition of entry that all players agree to abide by the TTSA regulations

and are liable under the regulations for any breaches.

14.ELIGIBILITY. Age as at 31st December 2016 for Youth events.
