Bridal Letter of Agreement

This is to confirm the Agreement between Rhonda McGregor Makeup Artist (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”) and _ _ (herein after referred to as “Client”).

It is agreed that services will be rendered by “Consultant” on and one date prior to that for the preview session.

Total compensation for services rendered will be plus travel expenses if necessary

Travel up to 40 miles roundtrip and 1 hour travel time is included. After that travel charges of $1.00 per mile will be added to the final bill.

A $100 non-refundable retainer for all services requested and a signed agreement is required to hold the requested date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of services.

If the “Client” terminates this agreement for any reason, “Client” agrees to forfeit deposit. If “Consultant” terminates this Agreement, “Client” will receive a full refund of deposit.

If notification of cancellation and or postponement of agreed services is given less than 90 days before the scheduled wedding date, the client will be charged 100% of amount due.

In addition to the above stated, this agreement also releases “Consultant” from all claims,

actions, suits, and demands in relation to services rendered on all parties involved. It is

hereby understood that these services will be explained in full detail to “Client” upon signing.

Agreement terms:

*All work is done on-location.

*Travel up to 40 miles roundtrip and 1 hour travel time is included. After that travel charges of $1.00 per mile will be added to the final bill.

*Bride is responsible for all valet/parking charges.

*A $100 non-refundable retainer for all services requested and a signed agreement is required to hold the requested date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of services.

*You may add services if time allows. If you email/call to add services, it will be considered a verbal contract with the same terms and conditions as your written contract.

*Location and timing changes are permitted pending our availability. If we are unable to accommodate any change to a contract, the original contract details will be enforced.

*If this contract is not signed after 3 days of issuing it will be void and your wedding day/time will immediately be opened up for other bookings and will no longer be secured on our books. Once a signed contract is received and if no other weddings have been booked, your wedding will once again be secured.

*If the bridal party is large and/or the bridal party requests services to be completed in time slots less than 45min each for hair or makeup an assistant or additional artist (whichever is needed) will be used to ensure things run quickly and smoothly. A fee will be added to the final bill for each assistant or additional artist used.

*If we are unable to finish your wedding party due to the client being late and/or not ready for services at the start time listed above, payment for such services is still due in full, whether or not such services were rendered.

*Rhonda McGregor Makeup Artist Stylists reserve the right to refuse a request by a member of the wedding party for a specific hair style if we feel as though it would jeopardize our finishing the entire bridal party on time. We will work with hair extensions on a bridal party member if time allows (additional fee may apply).

*ALL contracted work must go through Rhonda McGregor Makeup Artist. If a client solicits services by any of our stylists outside of Rhonda McGregor Makeup Artist, we reserve the right to cancel the contract yet still receive the full monetary contract amount.

*The trial run is the time in which any questions or concerns should be addressed. If a bride requests another trial run appointment, a charge may incur. All trial runs are scheduled on Sundays and Mondays.

*We will only accept a check from the bride on the wedding day. For anyone else receiving services it is CASH ONLY on the wedding day.

*All gratuities should be made directly to your makeup artist and/or stylist.

*At no time and under no circumstances shall any makeup artist or stylist tolerate abusive, violent, destructive, menacing, or harassing behavior from the client, wedding party member or any party acting on behalf of client. If such behavior occurs we will quietly and respectfully inform the client and/or member to handle the situation. However, if the abusive behavior does not stop it will be considered a breach of contract and all makeup artists and stylists will leave the premises immediately without providing any further servicesand without any refund of monies paid. All remaining payment for contracted services will be due in full immediately, whether or not such services were rendered.
