No entry will be accepted without signature, necessary proof of qualifying information, and entry fee. All competitors must have taken and passed the 5-year polygraph or urinalysis drug test given by the SNBF officials. Proof of age for Teens and Masters must be presented at check-in. This is a SNBF contest and will be run in accordance with the rules and procedures established by the SNBF officials. In consideration of your acceptance of this entry form and fee, I waive and release all rights and claims for damage against Supernatural Bodybuilding/Fitness Contest, promoters, sponsors, and their associated bodies, officials, agents, employees or assigns by the reason of injury or damage which I may incur while traveling to or from, or participating in this competition. I further agree to abide by all rules and decisions made by the SNBF committee. I declare that all information contained herein is, to be best of my knowledge, true, correct, and complete. I agree to hold harmless waive, and release all photo and video rights for magazines, newspapers, television, video distribution, and other media.
Awards: 1st- 5th places in Open and Novice Division will receive Statue or CrystalAwards.

Qualification: All Pro athletes must present a valid, 5 year, Drug Free Pro Card; Open and Novice athletes are amateur competitors.

Late Entry: $50.00 penalty on fees postmarked after Oct 23, 2010.

Drug Testing: Friday, Nov 5, 2010 from 3-10 pm ByAppointments only. Entrants will be contacted to arrange their urinalysis and/or polygraph appointment. All drug testing and weigh-ins will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn 1735 Browns Bridge Rd. Gainesville,GA(770) 532-3396. (All Figure Competitors must e-mail a photo of themselves to n themewear outfits (front & back) by Oct 29, 2010 and bring swimsuits and theme/sportswear outfits to drug testing for approval.) All contestants must bring music on a single CD-Rto drug testing. Bios of 50 words or less must be e-mailed to y Oct 29, 2010.

Prejudging -9:00 a.m. Group Comparisons only w/house music – NO ROUTINES. Figure Competitors Check-in 7:30 am / Bodybuilders Check-in 8:00 a.m.
Evening - 6:00p.m., 45 seconds Figure Division and 60 seconds Bodybuilders. No Profanity or vulgar music will be allowed. Group comparisons and EVERYONE will pose during evening finals unless changed by the promoter. Class adjustments may be made by promoter if needed. All Competitors Check-in at 4:45 pm.
