2015Dates & Sites: Wednesday, Nov. 25at Appleton East -and- Saturday, Nov. 28 at Xavier & at FVL.
2015 = 7th annual event. It is a fundraiser for United Way Fox Cities.

5:45 p.m. (junior varsity) Appleton East vs. Xavier JV at Appleton East.

Note the CHANGE in start times from the original schedule for games listed above.
Saturday, Nov. 28 --- at Xavier
5:45 p.m. (frosh in Blue Gym) Appleton North at Xavier frosh.
5:45 p.m. (junior varsity in Torchy Gym) AppletonNorth at Xavier JV.
7:15 p.m. (varsity in Torchy Gym) AppletonNorth at Xavier varsity.
* Remember, starting in 2015-16, there are now new terms used for the freshman and JV teams on the rSchool calendar / schedule: the Xavier Junior Varsity team is listed as JV 1 and the Xavier Frosh team
is listed as JV 2.
Doors open Saturday at Xavier at 5 o'clock p.m.
Enter the building via Door # 1 off the main parking lot, just west of the school, at Xavier.
Enter the Torchy Gym via the GYM LOBBY doors at Xavier.

● TICKET PRICES
Tickets each night are $6 for adults, $2 for students, INCLUDINGall St. Francis Xavier students.
Senior Citizens = $2. Note: $2 from each ticket sold, adults and students, will be donated to the United Way. Everyone needs a special ticket, including ALLSt. Francis Xavier students for games on Saturday at Xavier;see the info below regarding student tickets for this 2015event.
Passes or season tickets are not valid.

--- FOR GAMES WEDNESDAY AT APPLETONEAST
Tickets for Wednesday at Eastwill be sold at the door at East on Wednesday, Nov. 25.
There will NOT be pre-sale of tickets at Xavier. Passes or season tickets are not valid.
--- FOR GAMES SATURDAY AT XAVIER
Tickets for Saturday at Xavier will only be sold at the door, via the main GYM LOBBY entrance doorsto the Torchy Clark Gym at Xavier on Nov. 28 starting at 5:00 p.m., off the
GYM LOBBY entrance. There will NOT be pre-sale of tickets at Xavier. Passes or season tickets are not valid.
● XHS BOYS BASKETBALL TEAM MEMBERS & FAMILIES
This info applies to Xavier varsity, junior varsity and frosh boys basketball team members, managers, statisticians, video, boys basketball coaches, etc. – and family of those individuals.
~TEAM MEMBERS
Xavier's Frosh and JV team members do NOT need a ticket to watch any of the Xavier Varsity games... either at East on Wednesday or at Xavier on Saturday. Those individuals are already worked into the facility accounting process.
~FOR FAMILIES OF TEAM MEMBERS
All family members of team members, or family members of coaches, will need to purchase tickets as outlined in the ticket sale options below – if anyone is interested for tickets regarding games on either Wednesday at East or Saturday at Xavier. Passes or season tickets are not valid for the games on either day, as this is a fundraiser for United Way.

Pre-sale game tickets are NOT available at Xavier for Wednesday's games.
All tickets may be purchased AT THE DOOR on game night at Appleton East on 11-25-15.
No passes for games on Wednesday at Appleton North vs. FVL.
All students must purchase a $2 ticket, on game day at East, for the games at East.
■ SATURDAY NOV. 28 -- at Xavier - For Xavier vs. Appleton North games.

For the Varsity,Junior Varsity and-or Frosh games on Saturday 11-28-15 at Xavier:
1. Pre-sale game tickets are NOT available at Xavier for Saturday's games.
2. All tickets may be purchasedONLY AT THE DOORin the GYM LOBBYon game night.
3. Any spectator wanting to watch the North-Xavier FROSH game Saturday in the Blue Gym at Xavier will NOT need to purchase a ticket for that frosh game on Saturday 11-28-15.
4. Any spectator wanting to watch the North-Xavier frosh game MUST have a game ticket
for the Torchy Clark Gym -- if you want to watch EITHER the NORTH-XAVIER JV GAME and/or the NORTH-XAVIER VARSITY GAME. Passes or season tickets are not valid for the games on Saturday 11-28-15.
►STUDENTTICKET INFO -- FOR ST. FRANCIS XAVIER STUDENTS
For the Varsity and-or Junior Varsity games on Saturday 11-28-15at Xavier:
1. All St. Francis Xavier students will NEED to purchase a tournament ticket on game night for Saturday to enter the Torchy Clark Gym -- for the JV and/or Varsity games at Xavier. All student tickets are $2 per person for this tournament. Note: $2 per ticket will to the United Way.
2. The St. Francis Xavier Student ID will NOT be valid for either the JV and/or Varsity game on Saturday 11-28-15 at Xavier.
NO PASSES, NO XAVIER STUDENT IDsNote that EVERYONE will need a SPECIAL TICKET for these games !
NO CONFERENCEPASS/ NO FACULTY PASS, as this is a fundraiser for United Way.
NO ST. FRANCIS XAVIER STUDENT ID TO GET IN FREE.
ST. FRANCIS XAVIER STUDENTS MUST PURCHASE A $2 TICKET for any game on
Wednesday 11-25 -or- for the Varsity and-or Junior Varsity game on Saturday 11-28.
