Note: No person currently holding another TAF pageant title may compete in any MTDF pageant. This does not apply to former winners from younger age groups.

1. Entry forms should be mailed to the address listed above.
2. Each contestant must provide sponsor name. (Individual or Business).
3. Contestants must live in Lawrence County or Wayne County.
4. Each contestant must have reached her 9th birthday but not her 13th birthday as of December 31, 2016.
5. Age appropriate pageant dress.
6. Contestants should not wear conspicuous make-up or cosmetics.
7. Entries in the contest must be postmarked NO LATER THAN September 9, 2016 at 5:00PM.
8. Contestants will be judged on Beauty – 75%, and Personality – 25%.
9. Entry fee is $50.00 by check payable to the Middle Tennessee District Fair.
10. A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate must accompany their application. If not, the application and
entry fee will be returned.
11. Business sponsor must accompany a business check

7. Contestants will be judged on Beauty – 75% and Personality – 25%.

“Miss Middle Tennessee District Fairest of the Fair”
Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 7:00 PM
1. Entry forms should be mailed to the address listed above.
2. Each contestant must provide sponsor name. (Individual or Business).
3. Contestants must live in Lawrence County or Wayne County.
4. Each contestant must have reached her 16th birthday but not her 21st birthday as of December 31, 2016.
5. A contestant cannot qualify if she has ever been married, had a child or found guilty of a felony. If a
contestant should marry during her year of reign, the title is given to the first runner up.
6. Winners of previous “Miss Middle Tennessee Fairest of the Fair” contests are not eligible.
7. Contestants may wear either floor length or tea length formal.
8. Contestants will be judged on Personality during interview – 25%, Beauty – 50%, and Poise – 25%
during the pageant. Contestants must attend an interview at the theater on the day
of the pageant.
9. Entries must be postmarked no later than September 9, 2016 by 5:00PM.
10. A copy of the contestant’s birth certificate or driver’s license must accompany the entry form. If not,
they will be returned.
11. Entry fee is $50.00 by check payable to the Middle Tennessee District Fair.
12. Business sponsor must accompany a business check.
13. The Miss winner will be required to attend a Saturdayworkshop in November in Nashvilleto prepare for the state pageant. The cost of the workshop will be paid by MTDF.
The young lady selected “Miss Middle Tennessee Fairest of the Fair” will receive a trip for her and her chaperone to the Tennessee Association of Fairs Convention in Nashville in January 2015, where she will compete with other County Fair winners for the title of “Tennessee Fairest of the Fair”. The chaperone will be designated by the Lawrenceburg Rotary Club. Winners receive:
