The seller, Beartooth Toy Aussies, and the purchaser ______agree upon the following terms and conditions. The seller agrees to sell and the buyer agrees to buy under the following conditions:

A required deposit of $300 will be required to hold the puppy that meets your criteria. Cash, money order, Pay Pal (3% charge added), or cashiers check can be used to finalize the purchase of your puppy. The full amount must be accepted by the seller prior to the puppy being six weeks of age. The puppy will not be released to the buyer until eight weeks of age or until otherwise determined by the seller.
The initial deposit represents the purchaser’s intent of completing the purchase agreement with the seller. A full refund will be given to the buyer if the puppy has not been born and they change their mind. If the puppy has been born that the buyer has agreed upon, there will be no refund. The seller reserves the right to void the contract at any given time for any reason and refund the deposit amount to the buyer. In the event that a puppy were to be deceased prior to being released to buyer, a refund will be given unless the buyer wishes the deposit to be applied to another available puppy or to a puppy in a future litter. If the specific traits requested are not available in the current litter, the buyer may choose an alternate available puppy, a refund, or deposit to be held until next litter. The order in which deposits are received will determine the first choice of puppy.
