The successful candidate will be required to carry out the duties as described in the attached job description, and in particular will be expected to concentrate on the following specific tasks over the next few months:

  • Research and develop a VCS HR Quality Mark under the PERS brand
  • Lead and develop the AQS QM submission
  • Work closely with the SMT to lead on actions that will secure PERS sustainability beyond its existing funding streams, and improved coordination of functions within the organisation.
