Rooftop Pipe Supports
MAPA Products Standard Duty Supports: The Standard Duty Supports provide the user with greater range of adjustment than similar products in the market, while maintaining their standing as an affordable option for light to medium duty piping.
MAPA Products Value Line: Offered as an alternative to our "Standard Series." These supports allow the user to take advantage of additional savings when vertical height adjustment and additional protection to the roof membrane is not an issue.
MAPA Products Heavy Duty Supports: When the job requires the durability of a full metal support, the Heavy-Duty Series handles the added load and are typically associated with larger mechanical, plumbing, electrical and ducting applications.
MAPA Products Seismic / Wind Restraint: Where seismic or high wind zones are of concern, the Seismic & Wind Restraint supports serve as an effective means by which piping and supports are positively secured directly to the roof deck.
Plumbing Products:
MAPA Products Rooftop Pedestal Hydrant: The MPH-24 Pedestal Hydrant with its Weather-Guard Dome provides a weather resistive hose station at required roof-top locations. The dome handle enables the user to operate the valve assembly while preventing rain-water from entering the enclosure.
MAPA Products Solenoid Valve Enclosures: The MAPA Solenoid Enclosures are pre-assembled enclosures intended for use with the MAPA Industrial Control Station or where project designs specify solenoids to be housed within an enclosure.
MAPA Products General Service Brass Solenoid Valves: The General Service Solenoid Valves are UL Listed NPT from 1/2 inch (13 mm) thru 2 inches (52 mm) in size and are of brass construction unless stated otherwise.
MAPA Products Freeze Proof Rooftop Pedestal Hydrant: Where there is concern for potential damage to the hydrant assembly due to severe cold weather, the MPH-24FP Pedestal Hydrant with its Weather-Guard Dome provides a 24 inches (610 mm) tall freeze proof hose station at required rooftop locations. The Stainless Steel Shroud and Base allow the contractor to make a positive, weather tight flashing to the Hydrant. The MPH-24FP meets ASSE 1057 Sanitary Yard Hydrant Standard.
Electrical Products
MAPA Products Utility Pedestal: The MAPA Products Rainproof Utility Pedestal provides a means to mount a variety of services for local applications. The Stainless Shroud with integrally welded deck flange enables a positive weather-tight flash of the unit to the roof membrane without the need for additional flashing or pitch-pan.
Utility Pedestal w/GFCI & Incandescent Lighting Array: MPX-20GL Pedestals are furnished completely assembled. Leads for connection to the power source below the roofline are shielded in Flexible Metal Conduit. Wiring and Conduit sizes are according to industry standards and NEC. All fixtures are within NEMA 3R rainproof enclosures. Connections exposed to weather are made liquid tight.
The MAPA Products Fusible Rainproof Pedestal Mounted Safety Switch: MPD-30 provides local disconnect of the electrical service at roof mounted equipment.
Industrial Control Station: The ICS provides restrictive control of single or multiple output circuits. The 120 VAC output circuits are available with an internal 15 amp rated relay. The momentary panic button will deactivate the circuit upon pressing, requiring re-keying to reactivate. Unlike common latching type relay operated controls, the ICS obtains positive deactivation in case of power failure.
Accessories: Clamps, Roller and Post Assemblies and Heavy Duty Walk Pads
