AUGUST 2015SUMMER PROVINCIAL EXAMS
FOR NON SUMMER SCHOOL VSB STUDENTS
The Vancouver School Board will establish an examination centre at Vancouver School Board for VSB students that wish to write one of the provincial examslisted on page 2 of this notice and are not registered in the Summer School Program for that course.

Vancouver students, not registered in Summer School, wishing to write these exams are required to complete an application form at:
The Vancouver School Board Education Centre
Summer School Office – Ground floor

Vancouver
Applications will be accepted from May25 to July 10, between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm
Students must apply in person and present two pieces of documents to the Summer School staffto have their applications accepted. These are:
- A student report card for the 2014/2015 school year issued by a Vancouver School Board Secondary School, with Ministry PEN and the grad program in which they are enrolled.
- A student picture ID from the school that issued the student report card.
These two pieces of ID must also be presented to the examination staff at the Vancouver School Board on the day of the exam.
Please note that:
- The dates and times listed above are fixed.
- Students must be present to fill out the application form and to have their identity verified.
- Telephone or faxed registrations will not be accepted.
- Students who do not attend Vancouver School Board schools will not be accepted.
- The examination centre will not accept walk-in students for the exams.

Vancouver School Board students, who are not registered in the 2015 Summer School program, must register as detailed on page 1 of this notice. Exams will be held from Monday, August 10 to Friday, August 14, 2015.
Please note that all exams are electronic. If all students cannot be accommodated in a single sitting for some courses because of insufficient computers, the Ministry will be asked to add additional dates. Therefore if you are registering to write a exam, please ensure your availability for an additional date, within a few days of the original date.
