DATES: Athlone Saturday 10thth March Warm-up 5.45pm 6.15pm Start.

Sunday 11th March 2018

Claremorris 18th March 2018

VENUES: Athlone Regional Sports Centre/Claremorris Leisure Centre.

WARM UP: Session 1 8.00am

START: Session 1, 9.00 am Sharp.

Session 2, start approx. 30 mins after finish of session 1.

MEET CONDITIONS

  • Entries on Hy-Tek File
  • Date of birth & S.I. ID. No.
  • This meet will be age 11yrs up –age as on 31st Dec. 2018
  • Swimmers must have ‘A’ times in 100m & 200m events and “A” times in 100m to enter 50m events.
  • Late entries will not be Accepted,
  • Scratch Sheets returned 40 min before start of gala,
  • Medals will be awarded 1st, 2nd, 3rd , 11,-13,-15 and senior
  • Full electronic timing will be used in this meet & run under Swim Ireland & FINA Laws.
  • Entry fee, 7 euro Relay 10 euro.Cheques made payable to ‘Athlone swim club only’
  • Closing date for entries Thursday 1st March. Returned to
  • Events may have to be curtailed due to time restraints. Clubs will be notified 3 days before the gala.
  • 400m 800m, 1500m Events are only for those who have not got a qualifying time for the summer nationals.

Officials: Each club will be required to supply 2 officials per session & to ensure the smooth running of the meet, clubs will be expected to include designated officials for each of the sessions with the club entries.
