[1]Each candidate shall submit two applications set (one original and One photocopies set).

[2]The application form, duly filled in by the candidate, shall be submitted in duplicate in the office of the Dean concerned along with all documents/ testimonials.

[3]Attach attested copies of: (i) Matric, (ii) Intermediate, (iii) Provisional Certificate/B.Sc. Engg. Degree (iv) Detailed marks certificates for all the university examinations of the B.Sc. Engineering course. (v) M.Sc Engineering Degree & DMC (vi) Experience Certificates (PhD candidates will submit transcripts and provisional certificate of MSc Engg.)

[4]Applications not submitted on the prescribed form or incomplete as regards the production of certificates/Testimonials.

[5]This application is liable to be summarily REJECTED if any wrong information is supplied.

[6]Do not erase, cross over or over write anywhere in the form. Use a new form if needed.

[7]At least one of recommendation letter should be completed by a University Faculty member.

All forms must be completed and signed by the referees themselves; if not, your application will be invalid.
