1. / For the purpose of continuing the primary education, recognition of the completed primary school in order to exercise the right to employment or education in the Republic of Serbia;
ORIGINAL of the last certificate acquired abroad and two photocopies of this document (certification by the court not required);
Two copies of the last certificate acquired abroad, translated by the court interpreter;
ORIGINAL certificates for all grades completed abroad and one photocopy of each of these documents (certification by the court not required)
if part of the primary education was completed in the Republic of Serbia, please provide certificates for these grades
Confirmation that the provincial administrative fee, in the amount of 1930.00 RSD, has been paid.
2. / For the purpose of continuing the secondary education ( second, third or fourth grade of secondary school), recognition of the completed secondary school in order to exercise the right to employment or education in the Republic of Serbia;
ORIGINAL of the last certificate acquired abroad and two photocopies of this document (certification by the court not required);
Two copies of the last certificate acquired abroad, translated by the court interpreter;
ORIGINAL certificates for all grades completed abroad and one photocopy of each of these documents (certification by the court not required)

Confirmation that the provincial administrative fee, in the amount of 3850.00 RSD, has been paid;

Instruction for filling in the provincial administrative fee payment order:Purpose of payment: Recognition, Recipient: Budget of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, Secretariat for Education, Recipient’s account number: 840-1572845-61;Model: 97,Reference number:08-11201-0000-74223100;Paid by:legibly print the name, surname and address of the person the fee is paid for – the applicant.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. It is always required to submit the original document and its uncertified photocopy;
  2. If the recognition of secondary education is requested, the part pertaining to the completed primary education needs to be filled in;
  3. In case of bilingual certificates and diplomas (one of which is Serbian or any of the languages in the official use in the territory of the AP Vojvodina), certificates issued in Hungarian, Slovak, Ruthenian and Romanian languages or certificates issued in the Republic of Croatia or Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the translation is not required.
  4. For the purpose of the procedure, other evidence may be requested.
  5. The original of the school document obtained abroad, diploma or certificate of the last completed grade must be certified by the APOSTILLEstamp/ i.e. it has to be LEGALISEDor otherwise, your request will not be considered. THE SCHOOL DOCUMENTS ISSUED IN: Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Greece, Croatia, Iraq, Cyprus, Hungary, Macedonia, Mongolia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Montenegro, FranceDO NOT REQUIRE CERTIFICATION BY APOSTILLE STAMP.
