ALL SORTS KIDS CHILD MINDING

Our fully supervised Child Minding Facility here at All Sorts Fitness Wyong is available for a small cost to our members and will provide a caring and fun childcare environment while you make the most of our gym, boxing, kayaking and fitness facilities.

Parents must remain on site while their child is in the crèche. A sign in and sign out register is located in the crèche. The parent or carer who signs their child in must be the person signing their child out. We will contact the parent if another person wants to sign the child out.

Please note that you may be called away from your activity if your child is distressed or needs urgent attention.

Crèche BookingsCan be made in advanceup to 7days by calling 4352 3811.

Evening bookings close at 3pm for that day. No bookings will be taken after this time.

Please call and cancel unwanted bookings.

You will be asked to complete an enrolment form upon your first crèche visit.

Please organise to arrive a little early for your first crèche visit to speak with staff and help your child settle in.

CancellationsYou are required to give the crèche notice of any cancellations, so we can arrange for appropriate staffing and to allow other members to use the time. If you do not give us the appropriate notification of your cancellation, you may be charged for the visit.

FoodThe crèche is a peanut free facility

Please pack a nutritious snack for your child to enjoy during the crèche session.

Label all items your child brings with them: lunch boxes, drink bottles, dummies, bags

Please pre make bottles for your baby, our staff are happy to heat the bottle and feed your baby during the session if time allows.

Nappies/Toileting.We do not have nappy changing facilities within the crèche. A parent’s room is located within the toilet block across from the boxing gym. If your child requires changing we will contact you via our buzzer system. If needed we will take older children to the bathroom, however please ensure they have been prior to attending a session.

Illness If your child has been unwell in the past 24hrs they are unable to attend the crèche until the symptoms have ceased for a 24 hour time period.

Please do not bring your child if they had head lice until they have been treated and removed.

For the health & safety of all our children, staff & members, unfortunately unvaccinated children cannot be cared for in the crèche – please see our vaccination policy or speak to a staff member for more information.

If your child is diagnosed with serious infectious illness/head lice - please let the staff know as soon as possible. This will allow us to notify other parents to be on the lookout for symptoms.

With the exception of security items we would prefer that you do not bring additional toys with you, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the safety of these items so to do so is at your own risk.

If your baby requires a dummy please ensure that it comes with them to the crèche. We want your child to feel as settled as possible whilst in our care.

Staff are continuously striving to build positive relationships with the children and ensuring they feel happy, safe and secure in the crèche. However, on occasions they may become distressed especially if they have not spent much time away from their parents. In this event we will contact you using our buzzer system.
