The KEEPING MAINTENANCE of our HEART CONDITION is A CONTINUOUS PROCESS.
STRESS TEST of the HEART, is for the HEALTHY STATE of HEART & MIND to ENDURE
the PRESSURE of LIVING & the WORLD’s INFLUENCE to CONFORM us to IT’s PATTERN.
Psalm 26: 1 - 3
Vindicate me, O LORD, for I have walked in my integrity,
I have also trusted in the LORD; I shall not slip.
Examine me, O LORD, and prove me;
Try my mind and my heart.
For YOUR lovingkindness is before my eyes,
And I have walked in YOUR Truth.
SPIRITUAL MAINTENANCEis REQUIRED to KEEP the HEART CONDITION HEALTHY.
~ WALKING in INTEGRITY & UPRIGHTNESS.
Psalm 25: 21
Let integrity and uprightness preserve me. For I wait for YOU.

Behold, YOU desire truth in the inward parts,
And in the hidden part YOU will make me to know wisdom.
~ WALKING in NOT YOUR OWN WAYS, but in the HEALTHY FEAR of the LORD.

The backslider in heart will be filled with his own ways. But a good man will be satisfied from above.
~ WALKING in the FAMILY, in GOD’s HOUSEHOLD, with a ‘PERFECT’ HEART ATTITUDE.
Psalm 101: 2
I will behave wisely in a perfect way. Oh, when will YOU come to me ?
I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.
WALKING in INTEGRITY in GOD’s TRUTH STARTs from within OWN HOME & FAMILY.
~ STRESS-TEST STARTs @HOME – with your DOGs, your CHILDREN, your FAMILY.
PURPOSE of GOD’s TRUTH is LOVE from A PURE HEART & GOOD CONSCIENCE.
1 Timothy 1: 5 (NKJ), 6 (NLT)
Now the purpose of the commandment is love from a pure heart, from a good conscience,
and from sincere faith.
But some people have missed this whole point. They have turned away from these things
and spend their time in meaningless discussions.
1 Timothy 1: 19 (NLT)
Cling to your faith in CHRIST, and keep your conscience clear. For some people have
deliberately violated their consciences; as a result, their faith has been shipwrecked.
DEFINITION of CONSCIENCE is from the WORD CONSCIOUS – so we DEFINE ‘CONSCIOUS’.
CONSCIOUS - Aware, known/ felt by one’s INNER SELF; Mentally awake/ ALERT;
Upper level of MENTAL LIFE of which a person is aware.
CONSCIENCE - CONSCIOUS-NESS of the moral right and wrong of one’s own acts or motives.
MY DEFINTION – IT is AN ALARM to WARN a CHRISTIAN WALKING in the TRUTH thru
the PERSON’s SPIRITUAL HEART – SENSITIVE to RIGHT or WRONG in MOTIVES / ACTIONS.
Titus 1: 15 – 16 (NLT)
Everything is pure to those whose hearts are pure. But nothing is pure to those who are
corrupt and unbelieving, because their minds and consciences are corrupted. Such people
claim they know GOD, but they deny HIM by the way they live. They are detestable, disobedient, worthless for doing anything good.
CONSCIENCE HAS A FILTER ACTING as the PURIFIER – if the PURIFIER is CONTAMINATED,
WHATEVER COMES OUT from that PURIFIER will be ‘COLORED’ by the CONTAMINANT.
The HUMAN ‘FILTER’ CONSCIENCE can only BE CLEANSED by the BLOOD of JESUS CHRIST.
Hebrews 9: 14 (NLT)
Just think how much more the Blood of CHRIST will purify our consciences from sinful deeds
so that we can worship the Living GOD. For by the Power of the Eternal SPIRIT, CHRIST
offered HIMSELF to GOD as a perfect sacrifice for our sins.
Our FAITH is ASSURED in JESUS as the HIGH PRIEST over GOD’s HOUSE, WHOM
HAVE OFFERED HIS OWN BLOOD as SACRIFICE in GOD’s PRESENCE to COVER
our SOUL from SHAME of GUILTY CONSCIENCE and to CLEANSE this ‘FILTER’.
Hebrews 10: 21 – 23
And having a High Priest over the House of GOD, let us draw near with a true heart
in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscienceand our
bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without
wavering,for HE Who promised is Faithful.
1 Peter 3: 21 (NLT)
And that water is a picture of baptism, which now saves you, not by removing dirt from
your body, but as a response to GOD from a clean conscience. It is effective because
of the Resurrection of JESUS CHRIST.
As our CONSCIENCE ‘FILTER’ is CLEANSED & COVERED by the BLOOD of CHRIST, we
NEED to DRAW NEAR to GOD ‘TRUE HEART’ in HIS PRESENCE as OFTEN to WORSHIP HIM.
As JESUS CLEANSED BELIEVERs’ CONSCIENCE from PAST GUILT & BAD DEEDs,
ALL MUST MAKE EFFORT to AIM & PUT in EFFORT to WALK by SENSITIVE CONSCIENCE.
Hebrews 12: 14 - 15
Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the LORD:
Looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of GOD, lest any root of bitterness
springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled.
WITHOUT PURITY & ‘PERFECT ATTITUDE’ in HEART, our CONSCIENCE FILTERis UNCLEAR.
“I have lived in all good conscience before GOD until this day.”
“This being so, I myself always strive to have aconscience without offence towards GOD and men.”
- Acts 23: 1b; 24: 16.
OUR CLEAN CONSCIENCE MUST be KEPT GOOD & CLEAR so BE SENSITIVE
as NOT BEING OFFENSIVE to OTHERs, by WALKING and by SPEAKING the TRUTH in LOVE.

Pray for us, for our conscience is clear and we want to live honorably in everything we do.
HOW CAN MAN’s FILTER – the CONSCIENCE in HEART be KEPT CLEAN from YOUNG ?
Psalm 119: 9 – 11
How can a young man cleanse his way ?
By taking heed according to YOUR Word.
With my whole heart I have sought YOU;
Oh, let me not wander from YOUR Commandments !
YOUR Word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against YOU.
Psalm 11: 7
For the LORD is righteous, HE loves righteousness;
HIS Countenance beholds the upright.
Psalm 12: 6
The Words of the LORD are pure words.
Like silver tried in a furnace of earth. Purified seven times.
~ The LORD’s WORD are POWERFULLY PURIFYING the FILTER of our SPIRITUAL HEART.
Psalm 119: 25
My soul clings to the dust; Revive me according to YOUR Word.
~ Our SOUL TENDS to CLING to EARTHLY THINGS as WE are MADE from DUST, so
As REBORN in CHRIST, our FAITH is to be GENUINE.
Our FAITH is GENUINE when the CHOICE is MADE for
Our SOUL to be SPIRITUALLY RECONDITIONED & MAINTAINED.
Psalm 119: 30, 33 – 34, 37- 38
I have chosen the way of Truth; YOUR Judgments I have laid before me.
Teach me, O LORD, the way of YOUR Statutes, and I shall keep it to the end.
Give me understanding, and I shall keep YOUR Law.
Indeed, I shall observe it with my whole heart.
Turn away my eyes from looking at worthless things.
And revive me in YOUR way.
Establish YOUR Word to YOUR servant, who is devoted to fearing YOU.
CHOICE of LIFE The LORD’s WAY BE TAUGHT HIS WAY UNDERSTANDING

TURN AWAY, NOT onlyIDOLS NOT LOOKING & FOCUSING on WORTHLESS
EARTHLY THINGs WORD ESTABLISHED in INWARD PART
> DEVOTED in FEARING the LORD GOD > REVIVED in HEART > REVIVEDin HIS WAY.
TO DEVELOP A HEALTHY & STRONG APPETITE for GOD’s WORD – as for REVIVAL of HEART.
Psalm 119: 103, 105, 107, 112
How sweet are YOUR Words to my taste. Sweeter than honey to my mouth!
YOUR Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
I am afflicted very much; Revive me, O LORD, according to YOUR Word.
I have inclined my heart to perform YOUR Statutes Forever, to the very end.
TASTE > EXPERIENCE > KNOW the TASTE > ‘IT is GOOD & WONDERFULL > ‘HEALTHY’.
Hebrews 4: 12
For the Word of GOD is living and powerful,and sharper than any two-edged sword,
piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is
a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
WORD is SPIRITUALLY LIVING & POWERFULL to ‘SPIRITUALLY OPERATE’ on the
HUMAN SPIRIT and SOUL - DISCERNING the HEART for the THOUGHTs & MOTIVEs.
Hebrews 4: 12 – 13 (NLT)
For the Word of GOD is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword,
cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts
and desires. Nothing in all creation is hidden from GOD. Everything is naked and exposed
before HIS Eyes, and HE is the ONE to Whom we are accountable.
The WORD of GOD is the TRUTH ‘ALIVE’ & POWERFULL to EXPOSE our MIND
& SOUL to CLEANSE OUT the ‘FILTER’ BEFORE BECOMING ‘DIRTY’ & ‘CORRUPTED’.
Psalm 24: 3 – 5
Who may ascend into the Hill of the LORD ? Who may stand in HIS Holy Place ?
He who has clean hands and a pure heart. Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol.
Nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive blessings from the LORD, and righteousness
from the GOD of his Salvation.
TRUE WORSHIPPERs WORSHIP GOD thru the SPIRITUAL HEART, as IT is PURIFYING.
John 4: 23 – 24 (NLT)
But the time is coming – indeed it’s here now – when true worshippers will worship the FATHER
in spirit and in truth. The FATHER is looking for those who will worship HIM that way.
For GOD is SPIRIT, so those who worship HIM must worship in spirit and in truth.”
MUST WORSHIP the FATHER thru JESUS CHRIST in REBORN SPIRIT and in GOD’s TRUTH.
JESUS prayed to the FATHER for ALL DISCIPLES before HE RETURNED to HIM :
“Sanctify them by YOUR Truth, YOUR WORD is Truth.”- John 17: 17
JESUS CHRIST CAME INTO the WORLD as GOD’s SACRIFICE : ‘Behold ! The Lamb of GOD Who takes away the sin of the world !” - John 1: 29b
WHAT DID JOHN the BAPTIST FURTHER PROCLAIMED about JESUS CHRIST ?
READ John 1: 33 - 34
Malachi 3: 2
“But who can endure the Day of HIS coming ? And who can stand when HE appears ?
For HE is like a refiner’s fire and like launderer’s soap.
Malachi 3: 3, 6a
HE will sit as a REFINER and a PURIFIER of silver;
HE will purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver.
That they may offer to the LORD an offering in righteousness.
“For I am the LORD, I do not change.”
We MUST REALISE that LORD is our GOD Who DOES NOT CHANGE,
BEFORE & AFTER HIS SACRIFICE as the ‘LAMB of GOD’ Who TOOK AWAY our SIN.

The LORD JESUS CHRIST is the REFINER and PURIFIER of our SPIRITUAL HEART,
So the FILTERs of HIS REBORN SPIRITUAL CHILDREN are CLEANED for
FRUIT-BEARING LIVES for HIS KINGDOM TREASURY on EARTH.
Matthew 3: 11 - 12
“ I Indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but HE Who is coming
after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry.
HE will baptize youwith the HOLY SPIRIT and Fire.
HIS Winnowing Fan is in HIS Hand, and HE will thoroughly clean out
HIS Threshing Floor, and gather HIS wheat into the barn; but HE will
burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.”
The PROCESS of THRESHING & WINNOWING by our LORD GOD is CONTINUOUS
WITHIN our SOUL, with the NEW WINE-SKIN’ as NOT to ACCUMULATE ‘YEAST’
and ‘JUNK’ by the BURNING OFF of the FIRE ‘BAPTISM’ of the HOLY SPIRIT.
‘FIRE BAPTISM’ is REFINING & PURIFYING of HEART & the CONSCIENCE.
